Sleep in your car before staying here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/21/08
This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in, and I've travellled all over the world. Staff was very unfriendly and as others have posted, we never received breakfast as was advertised. There was a very strong odor in the hallways as well as the room and everything was very dirty. So much so that we slept on top of the bed linen in our clothes. If you can imagine an old Army barracks, you get the idea of the decor in the common areas. We seriously discussed leaving but as another poster stated, we knew we'd never see a refund. Stay anywhere before staying here, trust me. The only reason I gave it one star is it won't let me give zero stars!

No longer a Best Western, Don't stay here!!!
By DavidK, 07/14/08
Hotel is old and dated. Our hotel room's bathroom had been re-piped, with pink PVC pipe and you could see all the new pipes in the ceiling. The room was clean, but all the furnishings were shabby. The hotel is actually a mix of both motel and hotel rooms, occupying two corners of a street, connected by (I kid you not), a tunnel. The "free breakfast" was held in the hotel's restaurant. We had choice of one kind of cereal, bagged oatmeal, and some muffins. Most people decided to order and pay for a real breakfast from the restaurant's menu. The hotel is not motivated to provide a typical free continental breakfast since it appears to prefer its guests to buy their breakfasts. BTW, we had to ask about the free breakfast. We were begrudingly give coupons at check in. The hotel does provide free airport shuttle service, and has two PCs connected to the Internet in the main lobby, free for customer use. I think the new owner is Quality Inn on one side of the street and Comfort Inn on the other. We checked in and checked out in two different places.

Tear half of it it down
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/28/06
There are two distinct sections of this hotel that are not clearly described on its internet site - the "standard" rooms are below that title. Shuttle service, front desk and restaurant were inconsistent - rooms were shabby and noisy from the hallway, above and outside. There was a breakfast buffet but nobody mentioned it until it was almost over. There are several motels along this strip near the airport and I'd try any of them before returning to this one although the new annex across the street seemed to be almost opposite in appearance from the appearance of its lobby. We would have moved over but the Milleneum offered the same rate next door and provided fine service and decent accommodations.
