Lies and Deceit

I made a reservation a year in advance. I received a call 2 months before my stay saying they were not going to honor my reservation price. I worked that out (so I thought) and when I arrived, they tried to charge me $200.00 a night. My "confimed" reservation was for $67.00 a night. They decided to honor the reservation after I asked about the form I was signing agreeing to $200.00 a night stay. We went to our room to find 1 king size bed (we reserved a suite with king and queen bed for 4 people). I was told by the manager that "my suite", which was one of 4, had been damaged by a storm and was unavailable. But the desk clerk slipped up and said "none are available at that rate". They gave us a room with 2 twin beds and a door that did not lock. Maintenance fixed it after a stranger walked into our "locked" room while we in there. We asked for an extra pillow and we were told they we out of them so they brought us two large bedspreads to use as pillows instead. I was supposed to have high speed internet but it was only available in the building where my damaged suite was so I had to use their computer in the lobby to use the internet. Poor management, lies and deceit at this place. I will NEVER stay here again. The ONLY positive note is that it is only 10 minutes from the racetrack.
