Days Inn Birmingham North, Fultondale

Well you get what you pay for. Over all cleanliness could have been better (dirty towels, bathroom). I am a member of the Access card and they wouldn't take it. I mentioned that they are on the list and the lady said "He never signed a contract". I contacted Access and they said they will fax a copy of the contract to them. The lady also told me after I had mentioned that "He" might want to contact Access and let them know. Her reply was "That is their problem"(Access). I did not get my discount and even when I showed up, on the window was the Access logo. I pointed this out to the lady (same one I talked with on the phone) and she said "That is for the computer". Not the case, my Access card has the exact same logo on it. I also asked if they had a teacher's discount or a truckers discount. She said "Not tonight, he is charging full price". I have stayed at Days Inn's before with these types of discount no matter what day or how full. I will definately think again about staying at a Day's Inn again, especially this one.
