Common Practice or No

I chose this location on two seperate occassions. On each visit, I was checked in by the same employee.
On my first visit, I was given a room located in a corner that overlooked the mall roof. This is in disregard that the room was reserved four weeks in advance and there appeared to be numerous other rooms available. Upon request, the room was changed to a more desirable location, this one overlooked the pool.
On my second visit, I was first assigned a room that overlooked an outside trash bin. Again, upon request, I was re-assigned a different room in a much more favorible location that overlooked the atrium.
As you probably have guessed, I am a black male. However, if this is standard policy, it should be changed immediately.
Consideration should be given to include "FREE" internet access to each room as well.
As my ratings indicate, my overall experience was extremely pleasurable. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable with an excellent selection of items including made to order omelets. The evening reception was a much welcomed experience with a very knowledegable bar attendant.
This is a very clean establishment in an excellent location. I will patronize them on at least one more occassion with hopes that my negative experiences were random acts by the one employee and not common practice.
