Good Value for the Money
By Jordy, 08/19/08
My mom and I stayed here last summer because I was visiting colleges and taking some classes at Berklee. It was the cheapest hotel out there, and for the money it was a good value. Most people on here only write a review to complain, and yes, it was a little "old" and "used" looking, but everything was clean, and it had what we needed - which a hotel is supposed to provide - a good night's sleep. The restaurant was very nice, and the continental breakfast was nice. We got what we expected from an economical Days Inn. The only problem was that it was a little far from downtown, but my mom and I had fun taking the T around and the local busses at night with our week-pass Charlie Card.

Do not stay here!
By Daniel W, 07/02/07
I arrived at this motel after almost three days on a greyhound. They would not rent me a room because I did not have a credit card for a damage deposit. I attempted to pay for my room in cash but they would not take my money. It did not matter that I was stranded with no other place to stay and had a mound of luggage. Do not give these terrible and very rude people your business. My money was not good enough for them. So why should yours be either. If you plan on staying here make plans to get stranded.

NOT 2 miles to Fenway!
By 0-6'rs, 06/18/07
Days inn's description says the distance is 2 miles to Fenway. It's closer to 5 miles. One of the main reasons we stayed was that it would be within walking distance and we wouldn't have to use a cab/bus/train, etc. Hotel room wasn't bad, it was quiet, clean.

Out of the way.
By PamB, 06/08/05
We were trying to get near the Back Bay area in Boston and everything was full so we settled for what we thought was near the airport. We were expecting to be near the airport in Boston and was actually 20 minutes away the opposite direction of where we wanted to be.

Stay if you don't need a big breakfast! Or go to IHOP/McDonalds
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/26/05
We stayed almost a week. The rooms were nice, they were clean. The staff was helpful, but not always too attentive. We were expecting a continental breakfast, but there was none-just some shrink-wrapped Danishes, orange juice, coffee and tea-not exactly great for walking all day as we often did. Otherwise, it was pretty mice-maybe they could cut the vending machine prices a touch...

very poor service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/24/04
The guest next door had his tv blaring all night. We complained three times to the front desk and they failed to resolve the problem - no sleep for us all night. Next day the duty manager didn`t care a hoot and treated us like we were the culprits. We were charged more than agreed. None existant breakfast even though they advertise it. Overall, one of my worst hotel experiences - do not book into this hotel.

The service is unacceptable
By Michael, 05/11/04
I was given the worst room next to the ice machine and exit door. I agreed to it, but they also charged me more then they said they would. There is no coffee or newspaper as they promise. I get better service during the camping trips.
