In the condo that we rented at this facility, the owner showed up three days in a row at inopportune times and disrupted our vacation. The first time was 9:45 on a Sunday night, the next day on monday and Tuesday to put up two signs in the condo, and then he visited the condo when we were not there. He left a note on the fridge that is how we figured out he had used his key to come inside. In all of my experience of renting condos, this has NEVER happened with other owners that we have rented from. It was unsettling. The complex itself is very nice with three pools and beach access and it is kept in repair and maintained well. There are also many rules so ask ahead of time if you plan on staying there.

Our unit was so dated and dirty..rug looked like it was never cleaned, screen falling out of windows...no door on bathroom in master..ripped bedspread, very old and cheap furniture.horrible old wallpaper. ..I cried when I first went in..We only stayed 3 days,,very depressing accomodations..too bad because it's a nice location..also in the work-out room half the equipment was so old it didnt' work..I people at the desk were nice but nothing they could do.

We had a wonderful week and everything was taken care of. Definately need to ride the red train. We had a wonderful day and they offer a great military discount. The townhome was wonderful and we had a great time. It was very clean and well maintained. We, as a family, would definately go back!!!
