Perfect!!!

Upon walking in I got a good vibe about the place, how right I was! It's a very comfortable place with a decent location. The service was great: as soon as I entered, I was accommodated by a friendly staff member. We had no troubles with our room, which by the way were very clean (YES!!). For the price, service, cleanliness this place was great! Absolutely recommending Inn!

Nice Service

The location, although unlikely for a normal visit was interesting. Upon entering the establishment it seemed fairly simple, with an embellishment here and there but all in all the service was good, Front dest clerks made jokes and made the check in process much faster. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

We stayed there once and never again. Not equiped for disabled persons, no elevator, doors were difficult to open, towel rack in batroom were to high, didn't feel clean, smelled horrible, holes in some of the walls

It was nasty, I would not let my worst enemy stay here..They need to have an inspection for this hotel..Rooms were just plain nasty..It was never like that, when it was the Shilo..

Never Again

We were in Delano (6-07) for a family reunion. Usually we would stay at the Shilo (previous name) every year. Booked alot of rooms. Did not know of the change in ownership. Mistake...The rooms and the halls had a mildew smell, showers did not work, something fell from the ceiling, holes in towels, no knobs on some of the air condition unit, some air conditioning units did not work, no microwaves, coffeemaker not in working condition, The hotel needs a good overhaul, the rooms are nasty looking. We checked out and check in the Holiday Inn Select... What a difference and a goodnite sleep. I would not recomend Coachman's Inn

Unclean, requires maintenance.

I don't know if they really clean their rooms. We found alsorts of things under the bed, below the desk. At first glanced, the room is well equipped. However - 1. fridge stopped working, had black deposits inside (mold?) 2. A/C had broken temp control, too weak to cool the room. 3. Bathroom requires serious maintenance and cleaning 4. Smoke and noise in corridor. 5. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling Beware!
