HORRIBLE

Do not go to this hotel. Horrible service. When I arrived for a three day vacation, the check-in hospitality was not of a four star. The employees were unfamiliar with available services, amenities, or what is in the hotel such as vending machines. They over charged my credit card by $300. If you requested any type of service there was either a long delay or no return response at all. It's not worth the money they charge. This is a hotel that belongs in compton.
