Embassy Suites Miami International Airport, Miami

Nice enough but the "nickel & dime" begins on the way in the parking lot. Parking 15 bucks. R U kidding? $13 to use the internet. This represents 28% of the total room rate. C'mon.

OMG THIS HOTEL WAS SO NICE AND CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME, WHENEVER I COME BACK TO MIAMI, FL THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY, I WILL BE GOING ON ANOTHER CRUISE NEXT YEAR AND THIS IS WHERE I WILL STAY AND I LOVE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE THAT PICKS YOU UP AND TAKES YOU RIGHT TO THE SHIP!!!! WOULD NOT STAY ANYOTHER PLACE

The air-conditioning did not work in several of the rooms our parties were staying in. We reported the problem to the front desk on arrival , but after three days at our meeting, the problem was not fixed. The food on certain days was sub-standard with meat products under cooked.

My Daughter-in-law & I booked a suite for 1 night with plans to cruise the following day. I wanted something affordable with amenities and this hotel more than met my expectations ! The suite was very clean and well maintained and included a "dreamy" mattress on the bed. Best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Nice HD T.V.'s in each room, free "hot" complimentary made to order (eggs) breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many varieties of items and beverages. The evening manager's reception was unbelieveable ! For two hrs. they served free (strong) drinks from the bar and free appetizers. The Open-air atriums were beautiful and the overall hotel itself was very impressive. Free shuttle service was very punctual. In the future, this is the only hotel I will stay at again in Miami . Clean/comfortable/affordable room, early check-in, free complimentary breakfast, free drinks free shuttle service... I give this hotel 5 stars and on a scale from 1-10 this hotel receives a 10+ from me. Not one complaint !!

Checked in here for one night staff on reception where very courteous and helpful. Had just missed the free cocktail evening as we came in on a late flight. Must say our room could only be described as pristine clean couldnt fault int in any way As a matter of fact it was probaly up there with five star status, Had a room with a balconay over looking Miami it was just glorious Had an early flight next morning so arrived down for the free breakfast at eight am once again everything was fantastic chef utensils etc very clean [love cleanliness] breakfast consisted of eggs any way you choose grits sausage ; hash browns etc fresh fruit salad. You really couldnt have faulted it. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel. I f you are intrested in cleanliness you wont go far wrong here. A fraction of the price of other hotels in Miami.

i like every thing the staff the food the location the art work the room feel like home to me can wait to take my kids

I was in the area for 3 days on business. This was a great place to stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the amenities were fantastic. Free breakfast and free drinks in the evening were a very nice touch. The rooms were comfortable and the pool is very nice. If there is a negative to this hotel, it is the location. You need a car to go to the beach or to see some of the other well known attractions.

This hotel was amazing! Juan Carlos, the hotel manager, was extremely friendly, and his professionalism/friendliness extended to all the staff we encountered. We were speechless to have found such a friendly place! The happy hour and continental breakfast were outstanding as well! We traveled with our daughter, who is in a wheelchair, and the staff made sure we had all of our needs met. The cleanliness and interior design of this hotel was perfect. This hotel far surpassed any of our expectations! Thanks so much, Juan Carlos! We'll be returning often!

We had a nice stay for two nights at the Embassy Suites. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the hotel itself is beautiful. It would be a wonderful stay if you were on a layover from the airport. Unfortunately, the hotel isn't close to anything and it doesn't look like it is in a wonderful area of town. We didn't want to go out exploring at night. We were told when we booked that it was just a five minute taxi ride to South Beach, so we thought it would be ideal. When we asked at the front desk, they kind of laughed and said that it was a lot farther than that and taxi fares would run approximately $40.00 each way. Luckily they had a decent restaurant and that wonderful happy hour from 5:30 - 7:30. If only the staff would have had a bit of personality - it would have made the experience a bit better.

Brought the family w/ for a business trip. Not much for the kids to do around the hotel, except for the pool. The hotel interior (atrium) was beautifully done, one of the best I've seen at an Embassy Suites. The Concierge was helpful arranging tours for the family while I was working...in fact they saw more of South Beach than I did
