Best Western Hospitality Hotel & Suites, Grand Rapids

Our room was not ready when we arrived so we were "upgraded" to 2 queen beds. I prefer one king bed. We were in a hurry to change and dress for a college grduation. There was no iron in the room and a call to the front desk did not seem to help, as 30 minutes went by with no iron. I finally asked a maid and she brought someone who insisted they look in room to see if there was an iron. Finally an iron was brought. The lighitng was so dim it was difficult to see to put on makeup. The tub had mildewed caulking and looked very dirty. When the room was cleaned, the trashcan was not emptied, coffee pot not washed out, ash trays were full. It appeared that only the beds were made and fresh towels placed. Over all the experience was very poor. I will not stay at that Days Inn again.
