The price was okay if I would have gotten adjacent rooms, which I reserved a week in advance.I had a birthday party and I was asked several times to quiet down. I informed the hotel prior to my reservation and hoped I'd be welcomed. I had children from the age of ten to twelve. I did get customer service promptly as expected and the beakfast was something all twelve of my children and husband enjoyed. The rooms that I divided for the boys and girls including my husband and self were clean and fully equipt. You can't choose the people you have to share floors with. Had I came to sleep I would have understood the people who complained about the noise. I came to have fun and I did with the acceptance of the disturbance calls. The hotel itself held up its end of the bargain all except the adjecent rooms that may have prevented the disturbance. I had a lovely stay and will continue to reserve my hotel visits there, I just wish that they will honor my request and advise me other wise in advance if unavailable.
