Motel 6, Goodlettsville

My husband and I stayed in this hotel just a week ago. It was the worst experience! Not only was the room not clean, it stunk bad. That wasn't the worst of it though. As I was going to take a shower the 1st morning I opened my shower curtain to find spiders everywhere. There was a huge spider and a bunch of babies. I was horrified! I called to the office they said that they would change my room within the hour. Almost 2 hours later they finally changed my room. In this room my husband and I woke to bed bug bites. I witnessed a maid smoking while folding clean sheets. I am a smoker but come on, you can at least be courteous to people that are not! They gave us a free night to any Motel 6 in the US. As if I want to stay at another! We would have been better off sleeping in our car! I called and made a complaint. They contacted me and said that they can do nothing. How can you do nothing? Your hotel is infested! Don't stay there! Be warned.

Motel is infested with bed bugs and fleas. Cars are vandalized nightly. Drug dealers overtake the property on the weekends every weekend. Mattresses are covered with dark stains. Problematic dogs are allowed to stay on the property including Rotts and Pittbulls. I have seen as many as 12 animals allowed to stay in one room apparently some woman hiding from the law with here puppy mill. Complaints are not handled in house and can not be forwarded to corporate. The manager allows her personal acquaintances to pan handle in the parking lot. The manager is ineffective and useless
