Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel, Towson

There were ants all over the room. Yellow stains on the ceiling. Sink was cracked. Bathtub and sink wasn't cleaned everyday. Trash cans weren't even empty. Soap was used. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. I wouldn't stay here again.

My husband made reservations for dinner with the concierge and we wanted to change the time and found out the reservations were never made. We went to lunch and were shuttled by the hotel and given a number to call when we wanted to return, we could not get a hold of anyone so we ended up walking back to the hotel. The hallways were much colder (like an icebox, no joke) than the room could get. The construction that is going on is crazy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice and very clean. But when it came to staff and the way the should handle patrons, not the best by any means. I would not stay here again.

My friend reserved a block of rooms for her wedding guests to stay after the reception. The staff has been nothing but rude and unaccommodating. She has gotten different answers from different people. And the rate she was given for a 20 room block 2 months ahead of time was significantly more expensive than what could be booked online. She asked to use the hotels complimentary shuttle for her guests to go back and forth but was told that the shuttle would only go 2 miles and the wedding was 3.5 miles away. I can't imagine a hotel less willing to work with someone.

The Sheraton Baltimore North was a real pleasure. From the time we checked in, to the easy checkout, the Customer Service was outstanding. We only stayed 1 night but everything was perfect. Clean, quiet, and affordable with superior Customer service. What else do you need ? Also, the Hotel provided a shuttle to and from our destination that was right on time and gave us the convenience of not using a cab service. I am planning on staying again.

I like it because it is convenient to colleges and shopping and public transportation as well as being close to the highways. It can't be beat in the Baltimore area.
