Super 8 Hagerstown Md, Hagerstown

The Waitress at Denny's (great) gave me a Coupon for $47 to stay here; when I saw the empty parking lot, it didn't inspire alot of confidence. Raj (the desk clerk) gave me a look that could K!LL when I presented the coupon and told me I had to come back after three for the room key. Going down the Hallway, there was absolutely No Odor, and the room & bath were IMMACCULATE! The bed linnens were first rate; Free WiFi & a good selection of TV channels came with the package. Breakfast included Fresh bagels, muffins, cereal, and waffles in abundance. Now the DOWNSIDE: at PRECISELY 8:00 a.m., they go down the HallWay like Drill Sargeants: HOUSEKEEPING! BANG! BANG! BANG! I thought about answering the door with no shirt on to express my agitation, but didn't. Bottom Line: If Raj had been more friendly, and I had been allowed to sleep in in peace, I could have rated (5) stars...

rude staff, dirty rooms, noisy and non smoking room smelled of smoke. Desk clerk could have cared less, formal complaint to corporate office was a waste of time. Super 8 has gone downhill here and at the other locations I have stayed. Save yourself from a bad experience and go elsewhere.

the staff, was exellent, from check in to check out, to all the housekeeping in between. Price was right. The rooms were very clean.

The room was to be a non-smoking room. It did have a sign saying so. But it smell like smoke. room was clean but cold be better.

This hotel was good in all aspects. A nice place to enjoy. Good service was given by the hotel staff, would like to visit this place again along with my family and friends

I found the room just right and well suited for my needs a a solo traveler. The is a micro, fridge and I need both due to specialneeds diet. There were children yelling behind the desk with the check in staff, but no big deal.
