Super 8 Muscatine, Muscatine

I made a Gift reservation for my son via the internet since he just moved home from many years in the Army and living abroad & as a single parent of 3. I wanted him to go to Muscatine Iowa to visit with his sisters & brother for a much needed reunion while I stayed in IL and kept his children to give him a nice little vacation. He arrived at Super 8 in Muscatine, IA, only to be told "he couldn't check in because he didnt have my credit card". They totally refused him the room I reserved. People do this all the time, especially gifts for newly weds/honeymoons etc. and theres never a problem there. But this place refused my son his gift and left him stranded in Iowa with no motel room. This was extremely poor customer service!!! I'm a frequent traveler, much of the time using Super 8, however this is the LAST time I will ever utilize them. My family are avid travelers due to businesses, and I promise to pass the word on what theyve done to what was supposed to be a JOYFUL GIFT.
