Very nice for us and the kids.
By Emily, 12/31/08
They were very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. On the way out they had breakfast packed for the road and were handing them out. I have never seen this and loved it!

Nice People and Great Rooms
By Gerry, 01/27/08
My family traveled to Traverse City in early January and tried the Best Western. We were very impressed with the staff. Very nice and very knowledgeable. They had sooo many ideas of the perfect meal and what to do in the area (even in the winter). We really loved the Manager (he said he was new) went out of the way for us. Rooms were very clean and the pool area is one of the best we have seen. Breakfast had cereal for the kids, and hard boiled eggs. Many places to stay in that area, but this one really cares about guests.

Our Favorite for 9 years now!
By Aimee, 02/19/07
We love everything about this hotel...have been celebrating birthdays anniversaries and we spent a few days over Christmas here with our kids for the first time. They fell in love with it as much as we did. Love the location, the staff are always great, always clean, and the rooms are awesome. Try one of their Hottub loft Rooms sometime.

New Furnature in the Rooms
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/08/05
We stayed in the main hotel building attached to the pool/game room. New furnature even the micro and fridge were new. Very clean! It was worth the extra $15 to stay in the hotel building instead of the outer building. The pool was really great for everyone, its really large.
