Lake Front Motel, Cooperstown

Stayed two nights. Ate in their resturant. Charges on our credit card came through for three different dining charges. Dined only once for dinner not three times. Resturant Management never disclosed additional charges to the credit card. Took initiative with manager and credit card company. Credits issued. Checked out, received an additional credit card charge for additional cleaning of room. Called motel next day. We left all trash and disposables bagged for disposal. Accused over the telephone of leaving the room trashed. We were charged on credit card for $ 30.00 without authorization for cleaning services. Amount is now being disputed
as un-authorized with the motel. Having traveled on business and personnally for over twenty five years we never encountered such a situation. We Will not come back. Attitude on the part of everyone we dealt with at the motel was one of arrogance and annoyance towards us, their guests. There are much better places to stay in Cooperstown.
