Super 8 San Antonio I - 35 North, San Antonio

I found the manager very helpful and the room I stayed in was clean and the mattress was a Sealey posturepedic and it was more comfortable than my home mattress. I have bought 2 diffrent expensive ones because I have a bad back. It was old but again CLEAN when I stayed. The rates were cheap and I would and will stay ther GAI8N

I chose this motel based on four criteria: Pool, price, pet & internet. When I arrived, I was informed that pets were not allowed and they did not have internet. The pool was very small. I did not stay here but I looked at the room. I found it to be clean, neat and with new furnishings. The lady at the counter was understanding and friendly, and I was given a refund for what I paid them but NOT the deposit paid to my booking agent.

The rooms are horrible at the location I would advise anyone thinking of staying here just look for another room. You name a problem this hotel will have it, non-working A/C and heat, dirty linen, non-working televisions and remotes. The manager at this hotel is aware of the problems, but refuses to fix or maintain the property. I tell you this only because I work there and I feel so bad for the people who come to this motel and waste money. 9 out of 10 people will arrive and leave due to the room being in such disgust. It is a shame that management would take advantage of people celebrating a holiday seasons or special events just to make a buck. The least management could do is provide decent rooms for visitors. If you decide not to take my advice at least take this part “DO NOT TAKE SMALL CHILDREN” you will regret it. Your little ones will stay awake all night, unless he/she is a heavy sleeper due to the loud a/c units and noise from the highways.

This motel is old and overpriced. I went to take a shower and found mold on the tile. The carpet was worn and dirty and the room had a rank smell to it.If all motels in San Antonio are booked, drive north to New Braunfels or San Marcos.

This is a rundown Super 8 motel. The A/C in my room was so loud I told the management and they said no refunds. Avoid this place, the motel 6 right down the road is clean and less than half the cost.I paid $90 for being in the room 2 hours. I had to leave because of the loud a/c.
