Get some security

The location and the price was excellent. The hotel was clean an the bed comfortable.
The water pressure was to week to knock a fly off the wall, hard to get the shampoo out of your hair. The staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful.
Being so close to the Navy base there are times when this hotel is used for overflow for Naval personnel in route. During our stay they started drinking first thing in the morning and this continued throughout the day. By late afternoon they were pretty well intoxicated. The screaming and yelling continued until they migrated into the bar. After the bar closed they were back in the pool, even though it was closed. It was not until 2:30 am that I called the front desk and complained and within about an hour it was quiet enough to sleep. This makes it hard for guest that have to work the next day. In spite of all the good things about this hotel it is hard to ignore the loud drunken sailors, the empty beer bottles left on all the tables outside and even the broken ones on the sidewalk. It seems to me it would be smarter to get some security rather than work your cleaning crew to death.
All the signs were there and they were ignored, the girls working the front desk should not have address this nor should the maid or custodial service, there should be a security staff there to makes sure it never gets to this point.
