place, location, rooms were great. Couldn't keep the manager away from the SPA. he kept shuting off the heat. trying to save a penny. he went so far as to lock the pool and shut off main control for spa to keep me from turning it up to something other than luke warm bathwater temp. not what I wanted to see when I came in each nite after a hard day at the office. I was there for 1 week and this went on everyday. also who wants cheap packaged danish for your continital breakfast. didn't like having to climb stairs everyday when almost all lower rooms sat empty.

We stayed here one night for the purpose of sightseeing in the area. We needed to check in early due to tickets at Warner Bros tour, and the hotel was very accommodating to this request. The reservations clerk had been pleasant, and the man at the check-in desk was also pleasant.The hotel is located in an in-town setting, about a block from Rt. 2 and a little ways from Rt 134. It's about 10 or 15 minutes to the Hollywood area, where hotels run twice the price. The pool and jacuzzi were small but looked clean. The room was spotless. I was a little surprised that the bed had no mattress pad under the sheet, but the bed was comfy and the sheets, clean. My husband didn't care much for one thing about the shower head, but the water was hot. The continental breakfast was very small, but the hotel itself is not huge. There were sweet rolls, English muffins (and a toaster), orange juice and both kinds of coffee, with jelly, cream and sugar. We had been disappointed that there was no in-room coffeemaker, but with coffee in the breakfast area, it wasn't a big problem. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave oven, both were spotless and worked well. We will be returning to the area on an overnight trip next May and will most likely stay here again.

I was very happy with the clean room, the friendly staff, the quick service, everything. The price was low compared to a lot of other places we looked at in the L.A. area. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, affordable price, great service and good location. I enjoyed my stay very much and I cannot wait to go back. My room was really comfortable and the surrounding area is quiet.
