Customer Service

You have a female guest service representative(didn't get her name, but she's black w/freckles she is extremely non-customer service oriented, she was there this past Friday 16 December and yesterday evening @ 6:00, I have a friend that checked out on Friday 16 December and then checked back in on Sunday 18 December @ 6:00p.m., this individual I thought was blase, unenthusiastic, and rude, and if by chance I was considering renting a room there I would not because of her actions, she makes you think it's an imposition to rent a room (and there's a good possibily someone wouldn't because of that), someone really needs to talk to her about her behavior w/the customers, ideally I think se should be fired, I'm sure others feel the exact way I do!! Thank you.
