Oxbow Motor Inn, Fallon

On Saturday the 3rd of December I stayed at the Oxborrow Motel in your town. Where I though it was a safe motel. My friends drop me off early to the motel and then later they were going to come back well a soon as I got in the room I did what a normal person would do is lock the door and as well as the dead bolt. As I was in there I fell asleep. Later on my friends came back and tried to open the door but it wouldn�t unlock because of the dead bolt. Then realizing that, they went down to the office to see if they could get a key. When they got down there they found that the office was closed and no one was there. They had to sleep in the car that night. When we went down in to the office to check out they were very rude. I ask about the dead bolt key and they said they were the only ones with one. I felt that didn�t make any sense especial if they close at night. As a customer I feel they that this motel needs to make many changes. I see this problem as a huge fire hazard among other things. Would never take my children here.Especial with people living in the rooms. Sincerely, A Guest
