Airport Plaza Hotel Cleveland Airport, Brook Park

I don't have enough room on this page to describe what I seen with my own eyes. This place should not be allowed to stay open. Nothing they could offer free to stay there again would make me want to stay. It is a disgusting, appalling, place to stay. Whoever their corporate office is they will be hearing from me!

I had to book a room for a week, and from the few hotels that I had called, this was the most affordable. When I got in the room, the first thing that I noticed (aside from the horrible smell) was the mold; There was a very big patch of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, on the walls under the window, and in the corners of the floor. The bed was very unwelcoming, with heavily burned blankets (from cigarettes), terrible old pillows, and a very uncomfortable mattress. The walls were very dirty, and housekeeping is apparently NOT included in the weekly rate. I had to vacuum my own room if I wanted it cleaned. I went down for breakfast one morning, and was told "This isn't put out for you people, its something special for the group of people that pay nightly" Already grabbing a bagel, I had felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. Granted, I paid a very reasonable weekly rate, but I don't think that that's any reason to be treated like anything less than a guest in there hotel!! Overall, the management made me feel very uncomfortable, I wasn't allowed clean towels, the hotel was dirty, and the bed was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a homeless person. If you have to, sleep in your car before you stay there. It was terrible!!

A complete and total dump! It should be knocked down. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY!!!!!

This hotel was terrible. It was dirty!! The toilet would not flush, the water in the sink would not drain, there were cigarette burns in the comforters, and best of all - there was no air conditioning. It was 87 degrees in the room. I would not kennel my dog at this hotel.

Believe me guys, I use Days Inn everywhere all the time, but it was my worst experience: I needed a place that accepted pets and unfortunately everything was booked in the city because of the Air Show. I booked the room by internet and the pictures looked fine. When I was there I got a room with all kind of smells, dirty, big colored spots on the carpet, web spiders everywhere, and dead mosquitos with bloody spots on the wall... even worst: there were hairs in the pillow and the sheets weren't convincing about their cleanness. I went to complain and the receptionist blamed the cleaning people and gave me another room less dirty but equally disgusting. My daughters went to the outdoor pool and came back commenting about the bad condition of the pool area. Being 11pm my wife convinced me to stay that night in there and move out the next day.

This is absolutely the worst hotel. They tell you the pool is working when it is not. They have coach roaches. They do not give you the rate they quote you at. And to make it worse, the service was horrible. Three groups of people got their money back and left the same time as me, so obviously I was not being picky. Trust me Stay away!

Went on 2/07 the carpet was ripped up in rolls blocking the halls, the doors did not look and there was a inch of backed up sewage on the floor when i arived. Please do not stay here it is not safe or clean.

After reading all these reviews, I wasnt so sure about staying there, but im glad I did. The overall experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly and catered to each of the guests needs. The food was great and the rooms were very clean. I suggest you take the jacuzzi room!

Excellent service and very comfortable. It's very clean and the overall environment is relaxing, including the hot tub. 2 thumbs up! The location is great as well, with many restaurants near by to provide a variety of food and different cousinses

Unfortunately I never read the reviews and when I booked 6 rooms online the charge was nonrefundable whether you showed up or not. Huge mistake! We brought a high school girls soccer team here for the weekend for a tournament in Strongsville. The first thing we noticed was all the stip joints across the street. Inside the hotel the floors were filthy, the lights were broken, some rooms had no clocks, the outside door doesn't lock so the place isn't secure so there are people walking in and out at all times of the day and night. We called for the maitenance man and he had strong odor of alcohol, couldn't walk straight and was using the "F" word in front of our teenage girls. The air conditioning doesn't work very well and it was extremely hot here. We cleaned our own rooms on our arrival and tried to make the best of a extremely bad situation. This place is unsafe and unsanitary for anyone. NO CHILDREN SHOULD STAY HERE!!!
