liked that the shower was clean and room was decent, but it ends there. Very suspicious looking people everywhere, lots of gang related looking stuff going on. I was worried my car was going to be missing tires and rims in the morning. There was a train nearby that was loud all night. People at desk didn't have much of a clue. Kept our kids close when walking to the room. If u search for reviews on this place as I should have done first, you will find this place is trouble waiting to happen.

There was nothing we disliked about this apartment. We eat organic only, so a kitchen was a must. The kitchen is fully stock with very nice items. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was courteous, prompt and friendly. Laundry on premises. Internet took a little work to connect but it did and it was fine. I hope it is available when we go back there. It was great! Like: Close to airport, downtown, good food places nearby. Good pool. People who work at the pool are friendly. Dislike: People in the mgmt office will treat you like you owe them and they are doing a favor by letting you live. They are rude and no training for customer service. The only thing they are trained to say is No. Some say it in a rude way and others say it by smiling. You will always see some existing customer really upset in the rental office. Sprinklers run overnight so there is always a small flood somewhere. They do not recycle (Can you believe) and you want to stay away from trash cans as that area is District 99. Walls are paper thin. Keep oxygen cylinders for your kids just in case they cannot breathe because of smoke near the public areas or when they want to ride a bike. Last and biggest of all is there agreement and terms. I am not sure if the rental apartments like Sky Harbor have to get some certification or approval for what they do and what they can do. They get business because of their location and they are misusing it to their best.

Lived there and would not want anyone else to experience this dump. Maintenance is a nightmare. The guys or guy in charge has no clue on fixing things, keeps breaking down. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Management and front desk are nice in the begining and then turn ugly as soon as you sign the lease. Horrible experience with them. Also, you need to watch your vehicle at night. My car was broken into twice. Dont know what their security does at night, or if they even have them??

I rented two apartments and they were of very different quality. The one bedroom was upstairs with skylight and very clean. The two bedroom was on the ground floor which is fine since we don't have to lug all the luggage upstairs. But the two bedroom was very old, the shower was too hot for any human and it leaks. The air conditioner sounded like a helicopter. The one bedroom was ready but we have to wait an hour for the two bedrooms. Also, this place is like a married student housing/ dormitory. If you are directionally challenged, you will be quite lost. Internet didn't work. So all in all, I would not recommend it to anyone who is in a rush or didn't want to carry luggage upstairs. Personally, I would not stay there again. There is no complimentary breakfast either although there is tea and coffee at the main desk.

Very Noisy, parties went till 4 am with no response from complaints. There is a phone in the room which did not work X 5days. Verified internet upon reservation which they did not have available. Dust covered the walls with a musty smell.

This is like a home away from home. We had a one bedroom apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen. Have stayed there twice--once in the summer and once in May. Great pool area in the summer. Has a laundry, fitness center and only a very short distance to the airport and grocery stores etc. A very short distance to Temple Square (the middle of town) It was clean and great parking too. I highly recommend it!!
