Handy to the Interstate, not too far from town.
Other than what is on the ranch itself, there is nothing to do in the area without going all the way to the Dells. You almost have eat at the ranch as there are few restaurants if you want something different.
You have to be a social person to have fun here, nearly all activities are for groups.
The rooms are very nice, lots of room and beds are quite comfortable. They have great food and can fix something special if needed.
Personnel are helpful and friendly. Nice big rooms for weddings or reunions.
I thought the rates are too high and you must do a lot of walking to get to the various events.
Winters are very cold and summers extremely hot, I would suggest going in spring or fall, but those are the rainly seasons. Rather boring when it rains all day.
The sking trails are easy and instructors are patient and knowledgeable. Scenery is very nice.
The horses are reliable and suitable for anyone. The riding trails are pretty and there are very few ticks though mosquitos can get bad.
Children will love it.
