Catalonia Park Putxet, Barcelona

what more needs to be said? a few members of our group had roaches in their room. some had no hot water. the bed linens & towels were dirty & not fresh. bad view of apts across the street. room smelled like mildew. the hotel location is horrible, a far walk from the train station and also if you are being dropped off by bus the buses have to park far away and you have to carry your own luggage to the hotel, down a short flight of stairs, then into an extremely small elevator. there was one helpful staff member there and that is the man who helps with the luggage. one other benefit at this hotel is that it has vending machines in the lobby. also the lobby is pretty comfortable, with a modern look and also internet access for guests. it's the ROOMS that are horrible.
