Mexico City, being the largest city in the world, including the nicest shops, restaurants, but also a high crime rate. I have felt as safe as being home staying at this hotel, as an automotive executive, it allows me to relax after difficult days at work, particularly comfortable with safety, taxi cabs that look like regular vehicles and the personal attention from the waiter to the manager, they all know your name. Beds are so confortable, cofee gets ready right in the room, I can iron my well traveled shirts and suits, like I said, it's home away from home! There are not many hotels where one can stay more than a few days without going nuts over something. This is not one of those hotels. Everything keeps working here!!!

Friendly, and very helpful. Just on the edge of Zona Rosa, near the "Angel" monument. Many, many shops are just down the street Also a nice walk from there to Chapultepec Castle and many of the Chapultepec forest parks and museums. Excellent sidewalk (or inside) restaurant.
