Crowne Plaza Minneapolis Airport-Eagan, Eagan

Traveled with family of five. Hotel accomodations were great and the customer service from staff was excellent--especially the shuttle drivers and the front desk. Not only was shuttle service provided to the airport and mall of america, but also to local walmart, shopping center etc.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2007 for a Viking playoff game. We had booked on line in advance in November and the time of the game was changed so I called the front desk at the hotel and the gentleman who answered assured me that he could change the dates of the reservation by one day...no problem! We did not cancel any days, just moved everything up a day. Well...it was a problem. They double booked us! We were overcharged $176.27! I have attempted to get in contact with this hotel for the last 3 weeks. Not only have I not gotten anywhere with them, they will not return calls when they say that they are going to and give me the run around when they do talk to me. Apparently no one has the authority to actually be of help. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The rooms were clean and nice but noisy. There was not enough staff in the dining area and dead bugs in the pool. Bert the shuttle driver was the only redeeming quality that this location had in my opinion. Maybe if he was the manager there would be better customer service.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. It was so stress free to have your shuttle take us to the airport and pick up back up again. We will definitely be staying with you again!

What we really appreciated was the excellant service in Nocellos. April did an excellant job and was very knowledgeable in food and wine. Her friendliness and help was beyond and above the call of duty. Thanks again, Al and Marge Johnson

Went for two business trips now; nothing bad to say -- beds/blankets are upscale, rooms are clean, bar/restaurant has unexpectedly great food (all 4 of us ate their two nights in a row - try the Walleye!). Shuttle drivers and desk staff nice. Good experience; would recommend.

Food was great! Room was nice!

Very nice size pool and hot tub. Room was very nice. Had 4 people in one room, but did not feel packed like you do some places. Beds were very comfortable. I have never slept so good at a hotel as I did here.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was private, yet still close to popular locations and restaurants.

I thought the pool was nice. The hot tub was great a little hot. The set up with the hot tub, pool, sauna and shower was one of the best. The room in which we stayed was very nice with the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel.
