two employees lied to me about the "jacuzzi" in the room. Dirty floors...trash still on the floor from previous guests. Nasty Pubic hair from former guests still in the WHIRLPOOL BATHTUB. along with some dried up blood it looked like.. remotes didnt work. Had to PAY for internet. $9.95/24 hrs. dents in the door. random loud "bangs" from unknown source. able to hear coughs from neighboring guests. ...and to think this was supposed to be a romantic suite.. in which we paid way too much money for... to say the least ..we have stayed in red roofs nicer than this for $40.00 a night. Don't waste your money or your time.

It is ok for a DoubleTree. I was overcharged after they gave me one price over the phone. Room service was quick and the food was pretty good. Nice staff. Traffic is horrible!!! Overall not a bad place. Stay at the Crown Ravinia down the street instead.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

Clean, comfortable, exemplery, quiet and spacious rooms with good smells that linger and help to put you to sleep , addictive and everlasting memories of whatever you did

I had a great stay. This hotel surprised me. I paid very little and got a ton. I am a fan of a more modern atmosphere and the room was not bad. No flower print is good! The room had a flat panel tv and a second tv in the bedroom. The bed was very comfy. The room or rooms felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. There is free internet which was great. Very fast. They have wireless and wired. I had trouble getting a good signal from the corner of the forth floor so I used the wired access point on the desk. The office chair and desk where very nice also. The only drawback is the location and this might not matter to most people. As long as you are willing to drive a few minutes to the sites then it is okay. But if you can't stand chain restaurants and want to be stumbling distance from the more stylish locations then this might not be the place for you. It's a very easy stay just not urban hip, but few places really are. This hotel is a good choice!

This weekend was a romantic getaway for my husband and me. We reserved the 1 bedroom king suite with the whirlpool and got the romantic package. I was nervous about how it would turn out because of the reviews posted. I can honestly say that I loved this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, the whirlpool was large enough for my husband and me, and the extras (champaign, glasses, chocolate covered stawberries, robes, ect.) were just icing on the cake. We had a small problem after hte first night with our whirlpool leaking. Delores, who worked at the front desk, was wonderful!! She swapped our room for a mirror copy, and she took a whole night off the price. We had tickets for free breakfast the whole stay and a buy one get one free lunch/dinner. The food was good. And it was great to have it for free. We rented a 15 dollar new release movie the night before we checked out. The whirlpool in the new room didn't blow as good as the previous, so we called the desk to get someone to look at it. The apologized and took the 15 dollar movie off! I was amazed at the wonderful costumer service! I would recommend this getaway to anyone! The beds and pillows were honestly like sleeping on a cloud! The pools are gorgeous and clean, the balconies are clean, and the bar downstair showed the Alabama game, so my husband was happy :). We had a great time!

The suite that my fiance' and I had was incredible. We felt like we paid too little to stay there. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were extremely spacious.

The DoubleTree made for a great home-away-from-home while I was on business in Atlanta. Having a restaurant/bar onsite that was reasonably prices was great and convenient. Also, the shuttle service is outstanding. The drivers are very personable and knowledgable about the area - they dropped me off at great restaurants each night, and with nothing more than a phone call, they were right there to bring me back. If my business ever takes me back to the area, you can bet i'll be staying at the DoubleTree again!

I was totally satisfied with the service at the hotel. The warm reception at the front desk and the clean surroundings was well appreciated. I would love to stay at the hotel again.

The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The jacuzzi was great. We will definately stay here again. Almost didn't want to leave the room.
