two employees lied to me about the "jacuzzi" in the room. Dirty floors...trash still on the floor from previous guests. Nasty Pubic hair from former guests still in the WHIRLPOOL BATHTUB. along with some dried up blood it looked like.. remotes didnt work. Had to PAY for internet. $9.95/24 hrs. dents in the door. random loud "bangs" from unknown source. able to hear coughs from neighboring guests. ...and to think this was supposed to be a romantic suite.. in which we paid way too much money for... to say the least ..we have stayed in red roofs nicer than this for $40.00 a night. Don't waste your money or your time.

This weekend was a romantic getaway for my husband and me. We reserved the 1 bedroom king suite with the whirlpool and got the romantic package. I was nervous about how it would turn out because of the reviews posted. I can honestly say that I loved this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, the whirlpool was large enough for my husband and me, and the extras (champaign, glasses, chocolate covered stawberries, robes, ect.) were just icing on the cake. We had a small problem after hte first night with our whirlpool leaking. Delores, who worked at the front desk, was wonderful!! She swapped our room for a mirror copy, and she took a whole night off the price. We had tickets for free breakfast the whole stay and a buy one get one free lunch/dinner. The food was good. And it was great to have it for free. We rented a 15 dollar new release movie the night before we checked out. The whirlpool in the new room didn't blow as good as the previous, so we called the desk to get someone to look at it. The apologized and took the 15 dollar movie off! I was amazed at the wonderful costumer service! I would recommend this getaway to anyone! The beds and pillows were honestly like sleeping on a cloud! The pools are gorgeous and clean, the balconies are clean, and the bar downstair showed the Alabama game, so my husband was happy :). We had a great time!

My fiance & I got the Great Getaway package, with a whirlpool in our room! When we walked in, the room looked exactly like the pictures! Everything was neat & in place, no dust that I could see. We have an infant son, so the front desk immediately had a maid place a crib in our room! He loved it!=) The layout of the room was wonderful. Everything from the wet bar, microwave, fridge, the bathroom was wonderful! The bed was our favorite place to be! And don't let me forget the whirlpool which was the biggest highlight of our stay! Loved the jets & the underwater light, it was sooo romantic=) It was sooooo soft & comfortable! Breakfast was good. Had a few issues with breakfast, but manager resolved the issue. Overall, we'd give this hotel a 9 out of 10=) And we WILL be back!!! Thanks Hilton Perimeter East..

Trendy hotel, up to date, around the corner from Perimeter mall and restaurants..My boyfriend and I went for Valentines day and they didn't have our room ready til almost 6 PM. But they did offer us a fruit tray and wine for the problem. We enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the tv's were all flat screen. I would stay here again.

The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The jacuzzi was great. We will definately stay here again. Almost didn't want to leave the room.

Wife and I looking for romantic night out, bought a nice bottle of wine, got the jacuzzi suite, didn't have an opener for the bottle. Went to front desk, was told very rudely she didn't have anything to open the bottle with, they have a restaurant, ok can I borrow one from the restaurant...can somebody just run back to the kitchen real quick...again, rudely, NO...even better, that is only for use when you are dining in the restaurant. Next the "jacuzzi", wasn't a jacuzzi, it was one of those garden tubs with water jets. Barely able to hold 2 avg size adults. Very big disappointment. Have had 100times better service for less than 1/2 the price!

I really enjoy my almost monthly visit to Atlanta when I can stay at the Doubletree hotel. The beds are great, getting greeted at the front desk with a hot chocolate chip cookies is also good. It's far enough away from the action to be peaceful but close enough to be in the middle of the action in minutes. The jacuzzi rooms after a night of partying is a great way to relax.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Double Tree Hotels. I had read some reviews before we went and was a little nervous about going. It was absolutely beautiful when we got there. Our room had just been remodeled and had all new furniture. Our bed was HUGE and had down filled pillows, comforter, and mattress pad. The whirpool tub in our bathroom was massive. We had a flat screen mounted on the wall in the sitting/living room and another flat screen in our bedroom. The bathroom was divided into section which was very nice. We had a huge desk and two phones. One in the bedroom and on at the dest. The only two things that made me unhappy was the check-in receptionist and the drain in the sink in our bathroom. The receptionist was rude and took a personal phone call while helping us. I reported that and had no more problems. Our shower drained fine (or I would have freaked out) but the sink took FOREVER to drain! The maids were VERY friendly and helpful. Our server (Mohom) at the restraunt in the hotel was FABULOUS! He was so kind, quick and polite! He was very efficent as well! The location was great except the fact that every time we went somewhere we had to pass through the toll both. It was only .50 but it got old quick. There was probably and alternate route, but we were from out of town and not going to risk getting lost. All in all is was Spectacular. We only paid about $100 an night for a King Suite w/ a whirpool. FABULOUS!
