Avoid at all costs

Some of the rooms in the 300s looked like families were living there. Rooms looked run down. The first room we were given smelled like urine. The second had a door that could easily be broken into. No batteries in the smoke detector. No TV remote. Dripping faucet. Worn out toilet seat. Broken tub. Questionable sheets. Not worth a second look. An awful experience.
