The Manager is one rude dude...

After making our reservation months in advance for a hotel with a pool, we checked into the Castleton Hampton INN only find the pool was CLOSED...(there was no mention of this when we checked in, or any sign at the front desk).
When asked about the closing, I was told it was for at least 24 hours, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager told me "you can leave"...
I was on the hotel room phone with their corporate customer service rep, when I was "magically" disconnected, and then told by the front desk that I had been checked out of the hotel, and security would be making sure I left.
When I went to another hotel to check-in, there was a $500 hold on my credit card from the Hampton Inn that they would not release until the next day, even though my bill was only going to be $200, and I was only in their hotel for about 3 hours...
I am livid every time I go to Indianapolis...
