I will never go back to that hotel

I don't like the hotel.
The unhappy experience forced us to
check out one day earlier.
I reserved a two-bedroom suite with only
one bath. When I ckecked in, I was
talked to get a better suite with two
full bath and the rate is $14.40 higher
than the rate I reserved through Yahoo.
I agreed to pay more in order to get
an additional full bath room.
I went out for dinner after checked in
and came back after 9pm. Then I found
the bath room has no faucet at all.
I reported to the front desk and was
told that they will fix the problem and
give me discount on the rate for
compensation.
I accepted it and went for sightseeing
on the next day. I came back to
the hotel after 9pm and was told that
the manager refuse to give me any
compensation for the unusable bath.
I emphasized that I paid higher rate
only for getting an additional bathroom.... The staff member even
said that unless the customer report
the damage, they have no way of knowing
the bath has no faucet.... And the staff
member said he will contact the manager
again to report this matter. On the
third day, I was told the manager insists
no compensation at all......
(That means, the manager insists I paid
extra money for nothing.)
That's the experience with the hotel,
Best Western Courtesy Inn in El Cajon,
CA.
(However, the two female staff members
in the day shift are considered friendly
and helpful.)
