Veranda Hotel--Tullahoma, Tullahoma

we did like the convenience and safety of downtown....whats left of tullahoma's downtown. nothing to dislike...the price for what you get outweighs the chains in this little town.

I was at another hotel which costs more and moved to the Veranda. I am on a project in Tullahoma with our work team. The owner helped me move over from the other hotel and get my company to pay directly for my extended stay. My company did not pay on time and the local owners worked with me. I saved my company money and moved my team over and they are much happier. We like the convenience. It's clean and locally owned. Worth it for us. Safer too.

came back into town for the 4th with family and wasvery pleased with the veranda's cleanliness roominess and cost. great value. recommend you try it.

It was quiet clean and affordable. Each room has a kitchenette and it is locally owned. Nice folks. Close to Jack Daniels and George Dickel but also downtown so you can walk to a few restaurants.

Just what I needed to find. I am a traveling Medical worker and am only in town 3 days a week to work. Home owned and operated. Very nice staff. Very clean.

Upon entering my room i noticed a strange odor that I can only describe now as musky feet. The entire hotel was left unattended. So when I locked myself out of my room at 3 am without a phone, car keys, money, or jacket ( 15 degrees outside) there was nobody to let me back in. I eventually walked to the police station in the cold and got a ride to a friend's house at 4 am. The next day the hotel employee was much less than apologetic and even tried to charge me $ 25 dollars to let me back in my room. Oh yeah, no refund for the prior night in the cold. If you are thinking of staying here you're better of with a cardboard box in the alley. At least you won't have to pay.

Our stay at the Veranda House was very pleasant and enjoyable. We found our accommodations to be clean, spacious, well furnished. In addition, the management and staff were very helpful and friendly during our visit in Tullahoma. Truly, a wonderful and historic hotel with lots of great southern charm.

Veranda house is no five star joint, but its conveniently downtown, looks well kept, and has been around forever.
