Villas Of Gatlinburg, Gatlinburg

The cabin was old and dirty and we were told that's what you get in a value cabin! Aunt Bugs is the rental agent and Brian was arrogant and rude. I have read a ton of complaints about them, they are not a member of the BBB, that about says it all. Don't be dumb like me, rent from a reputable company.

Again, we would like to express our warmest regards to the Villas of Gatlinburg who delivered excellent service all around for us this past July. Our second trip to Gatlinburg as a Model Weekend Photo and Film Shoot was just as exciting and succesful as the first. The main thing is that the Villas of Gatlinburg have been the best to us and we even gave them credit on our clips appearing on YouTube as well they will receive credit on the upcoming DVD part of the project. It goes without saying that we love the Villas of Gatlinburg for all they have done for us both in 2005 and in 2007. We look forward to planning yet another trip to Gatlinburg in the near future with the Villas of Gatlinburg being on the top of the list as far as places to stay while working there. My modeling company team and I stayed at this location in July of 2005. It is one of the nicest places the Villas of Gatlinburg has and we wished we could have reserved this one for our 2007 shoot. It was absolutely three days of joy for the team, photographers and guest who came and went during the shoot on location in and around Gatlinburg.

Location and Cabin were beautifull. However, gas fireplace and projector in theater room did not work. Notified management the first day of our week stay but these problems were never fixed. The cable box for the main tv did not work the last two days which was told to management but also was not fixed. Also had problems with ants in the kitchen and spiders in the downstairs bedrooms.

I have stayed in these cabins or Villas several times on my trips to Tennessee. It has been with family and with friends. I must say the trips to these Villas were amazing. The game rooms kept me and my siblings sane when your Grandparents were ready for bed at 9:30pm and the hot tub kept the party going when I was with friends. These Villas have beautiful decoration and make you feel right at home. The porch swing on the back was great for a relaxing getaway. They have Villas of all sizes for big families or a couple. The prizes are reasonable. When I go back to Tennessee, these Villas are my first pick.
