This hotel is great under new management, employees are corteus, friendly and easy to find when you need them. The room where I stayed in is clean and the housekeepers keep my room clean everyday without my stuff getting lost. I usually live a tip for housekeepers to compensate them for the great job they do. They are now open 24 hours a day and someone is at the front desk at all times. The price for stay is cheaper than most of the hotel in Sierra Vista. I highly recommend Super 8 Motel to everyone who visits Sierra Vista.

This is not even a Super 8. We booked on espedia (who sucks also) could no get anyone to come to the desak at 2:30 in the morning and check us in and they still charged us!!!!! The manager OSCAR will not even take my phone calls. Tammy at the front desk states that she called Expedia and told them to reimburse me. They only answer the phone or work the front desk 8-5. Hope you do not have an emergency in the middle of the night.
