Days Inn Cranston Warwick, Cranston

Ever since I stayed at a Days Inn in Miami and had some clothes taken from my closet...I will NEVER stay there again....I filed a complaint and tried contacting them several times never heard another word...they do not care about their customers..

Noisy, cold rooms, rude staff. I had to change rooms a few times, due to noise, then a FREZZZING room and this was after I had been staying there a while... spending good $$$ the manager was extreemly rude along with the cleaning crew (two gypsies). I will never go back and you shouldn't waste your money like I did. I checked out today and checked into the courtyard in Warwick for just a few dollars more and wish I had done this to begin with. I need a place to stay while my house is being worked on. Better options out there. I hope that Days Inn gets its act together. Place needs a total rehab/restaff.

This place is why I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again. There are two really nasty people running the place. They argue over everything. We arrived after a snowfall, and the lot wasn't plowed at all. They gave us rooms way up the hill, as far away from the street as you could get. We couldn't get our cars up the driveway, so we walked. There wasn't even a footpath shoveled. I fell on the way up, which made things worse. Then, non-smoking rooms were smoky and we tried to switch to better rooms, but they didn't want to move us because "the heat wasn't turned on in most of the rooms." We stood our ground and got non-smoky non-smoking rooms, but it took a huge effort. The sheets were prison hand-me-downs and the place was filthy - we found bugs. I had to order a roll-away, and it was a joke. It was completely unuseable. When I refused to pay for it, since honestly we hadn't used it, the management fought and fought over refunding the ten bucks! They were the MOST unpleasant motel management I've ever encountered. This place must have been apartments at one time. What motel has ceramic toothbrush holders in the bathroom? Avoid this place at all costs. I can't understand how it stays in business. This just makes me wonder about Days Inn in general.

The room we stayed in looked like it was an apartment at one time. While the main room was relatively "new," the bathroom looked like it had not been renovated since the complex was built. It really looked like someone's bathroom in an apartment, not a hotel bathroom. It even had a toothbrush holder still affixed to the wall. My husband found many hairs in the bathroom that he had to dispose of. We arrived late in the evening and left in the early morning so we didn't have to stay here too long. The hotel served a continental breakfast. The milk container smelled sour and rotten--like it was only rinsed out but never thoroughly washed. The other breakfast items were adequate. It didn't feel like this hotel was perfectly clean. I would skip this place and find something else.

Over-priced and disgusting. The worst Days Inn I have ever stayed at. The room stank to high heaven. In fact, the entire hotel was rundown and dirty.

Front Desk lady by the name Bela was nasty. Hotel is very close to Rt 2 and hence noisy. You can hear traffic loud and clear even after room doors and windows are closed and shades are pulled. Toilet does not drain properly. Bad choice. Stay away!
