Concordian Motel, Acton

i have been here for 3months [temp] working on a job in concord....the service is good ,for the $ they dont clean ur room if monthly ,but it stays full ,,,so if u need a place for temp ,give them a try if u can get a room there ... thanks to the concordian staff (pete) for making me an my crews stay good .......USF...DM 23

I like it 700 a month it doesn't stink,the heat is great,the shower is great cable tv with lots of showtime.

Nothing to like about this place. total dump. the rooms smell, sink and shower clogged. shabby and rundown. Not worth even the cheap price for the room. Also run by a level 3 sex offender. But a good place watch a brawl in the parking lot or a police raid. Was there 2 nights and saw the police 4 times breaking up some kind of disturbance. NOT FOR FAMILYS, Maybe a good place to bring a hooker and a bag of crack

I live near by and had a lot of family coming to visit at the same time and was too many to fit in my home. I went to the concordian to check it out and find out prices.(i thought it was quite pricey for what the place looked like).I wouldn't let anyone stay there. It is old, dirty and has a stentch that is horrible. It appears that the only people that stay there are the homeless or people using it for an hour or two. I also just found out that It is the home of a registered level 3 sex offender. Not a place i would want to bring my family to.

Very very convenient from major historic and scenic areas still away from congusted/trafficy metro areas in a nice country setting. My place to stay in Boston Area.

1. The place is a pit. The shower runs rusty, brown water. 2. The floors have not been vacuumed in weeks, it seems. 3. Their sign says "HBO". The reality is that their "cable" TV shows only six channels - and not even the ABC affiliate! Great if you solely watch the WB or UPN. 4. The help is straight out of "Fawlty Towers". Almost incomprehensible "English" and they're deaf, to boot! 5. The only thing going for it is its location - period!

I found the hotel to be used by people that only needed it for 2 hours or so a day. Not the place for families. Cheap for the needs. Very convenient for purposes other than a place to stay on vacation. I found it worked well.
