The Office Staff/Management
By BLO ME, 10/25/09
Ok for starters the office people some are decent and others are rude, such as Jac and Sanjesneeh.I have rented here numerous times and feel that the staff needs to be replaced.I know as a former employee of other motels you dont treat your guest the way these people do. I have personally been screamed at by Jac who thinks his stuff dont stink because he has been there for 15 years...Ok really get a new job.The manager allows prostitues, drugs and drama all in the motel. There are some familes there that dont deserve being treated the way Anthony treats them and there are some that he allows to run all over and kids dont go to school.

Great night, horrible housekeeping people
I stayed at the E-Z 8 motel after reading that it didn't have bad reviews. When I called in 1 day ahead of time, the lady who picked up the phone was very helpful and friendly. My dog and I were going to stay one night and I let her know that and she said no problem and booked my room. She asked for the dog breed as rotweillers, pitbulls, and dobermans are not allowed. When i came to check in, the guy was friendly and helpful. It seems that their communication with housekeeping is bad, as he called housekeeping twice on a walkie to see if my room was cleaned and in the end, he picked up the phone and called them directly. I got into my room and it was very clean. in the single rooms for 1 person, non smoking, theres a queen sized bed, 2 bedside tables on each side of the bed, a mini fridge, standard size tub with shower, and a pull out drawer, just one, for clothes. I stayed on a saturday and it was really quiet. DO NOT order food from dominos pizza, e-z 8 puts dominos coupons in your room. their pizzas come out with very little cheese, i ordered mushrooms and i could litterally count 10 mushrooms on the WHOLE pizza. they basically cut your servings DOWN and charge you a whole lot. and if you do order, go pick up, or else they tack on a delivery charge. i slept pretty good except for the weirdo guy who knocked on my door at 2:30am. comvienient peep-hole in the door so i could see who it was. morning to leave and housekeeping knocks on my door at 9:30AM. check-out time is at 11AM, so i was upset that housekeeping woke me up as I was planning on waking up at 10:30AM. I called the front desk to ask for a later check out time and they told me 12pm was fine. housekeeping came AGAIN at 10:45 and said, "check out is at 11AM!" experience was great, housekeeping sucked though.

The hotel gets a bad rap
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/03/08
My family stayed at this hotel for two months when we first moved to Califonia (November 06). We were homeless and this motel was very afforable for our family. The rooms are large enough for a family of 5. They also provide a mini fridge in room. This hotel gets a bad rap. The elementary is in walking distance and very wonderful. The hotel staff were great too. The other guest did not bother us and there were not any problems. The hotel had private security and the police monitored the hotel often. We were always given the best rate and the utmost respect. Yes it's near a highway but most hotels/motels are.

I love it love it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/11/07
I sometimes stay here to get away from my husband. lol, and this is like my second home. All the staff is friendly, and the Manager there is really awesome, ensuring that guest get a quality nights stay. Sometime, but not often, you might get a rowdy guest but The security and Management are always on top of this. This motel is very clean, which is most important to me. But also, this Motel has a Refrigerator in all the rooms, Motel 6 next door doesnt. Plus a vending room which i love because im a night time snacker . Oh and that vending room also has a microwave, video games, and washer and dryers! So pretty much everything u have at home is here. Well i hope this helps anyone looking for a decent place in this area, at an affordable price.

Quality Motel @ Great Rates
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/02/06
This hotel was AWESOME! I am surprised more people don't write in about it. If your looking for a quality hotel at a reasonable price this is it. The front desk workers are friendly and very accomodating. The rooms are really clean and everything is in excellent working condition. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and see how fresh it smelled. The rooms are equipped with AC, heating, a tv featuring cable along with HBO, a good size refrigerator, a queen bed, a small round table, 3 chairs in the room and a pull out like dresser drawer and two end tables on each side of the bed. The bathroom has sensor lighting and has a full size bathtub/shower. There is one dead bolt type lock on the door and seems to be made out of a stainless steel type material. The door and frame are wood. They have a phone which requires a $5.00 deposit to dial out locally. There is maid service every day. It was pretty much quiet and if there is any noise of any kind you can turn on the fan and it drowns out any noise from outside. It is like your in your own little apartment. There is one thing that is a concern however, the area does not seem like it is safe to wander around outside especially at night. Also don't leave any food laying around because there are ants looking for sweets. There is a huge dollar tree store next door a McDonald's accross the street along with a lot of other restaurants.

Home away from home
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/26/05
Spent a lot of time at this place on 'vacation'. Maybe the cheapest in town but is clean and has all the amenities of quality budget motels (ice machine, heating, ac, snack machines, etc...). The only drawback is that it is close to the freeway and you can sometimes hear the freeway traffic.
