Not customer focused
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/11/08
We booked we thought for 3 days in September and prepaid for the first night. I missed their error and they booked us for August. We arrived in September and they were totally unwilling to give us a break for the first night. We stayed somewhere else. This would have been our third time there but they are not customer focused.

clean and affordable.

Very convienently located off HWY 29, but quiet. The rooms are kept clean. Even though the attitude at the front desk is poor, you will not find a better deal for what you get in the wine country, unless you know a property owner.

Loding in Wine Country for Less
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/23/05
El Bonita was the perfect hotel for a quick overnight trip to Napa. It was conveniently located right off the main highway, and it was SO reasonably priced for walk-in reservations. The name can throw you off a little (El Bonita Motel), but do not let the name fool you. It is not the typical Motel 6 you are thinking of. It is clean, spacious and includes amentities regular hotel rooms do not. They include a refrigator and microwave. Perfect for storing cheese and other perishable items. We stayed in their new additional back quarters, and each room had either a private balcony or patio. The view was beautiful. They offer a continental breakfast in the morning which was decent, but nothing to write home about. Just your typical items. But they had a cute courtyard area off the main lobby with a tables and fountain. Overall the motel exceeded my expections and would recommend anyone who does not have reservations in Napa to try this place.
