I've traveled worldwide for business and this was an exceptional stay for the value. Clean room, comfortable bed, exceptional shower and good heat/cool when I wanted it. Coffee and danish each morning and always a smile at the front desk! Housekeeping did an exceptional job and the location of the hotel made this ideal. I will be back and look forward to it. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay.

Nice place, nice people, clean rooms, but YOU can HEAR the Critters in the ceilings and in the walls! Ain't a joke, if the owners read this, please fumigate, put traps or do something. You have nice rooms, do let critters ruin it for your guests. That is my only complaint, now as long as I don't see one all will be fine.

I arrived in the late afternoon and as I was checking in I asked if it was quiet there and was assured that it was. I was scheduled to stay for 4 nights. After checking in as I was moving my car to park in front of my room there was a group of about 9 guys in their 20s playing basketball in the parking lot using a cardboard box attached to the second story railing as a basket. I was dumbfounded that the management was allowing that considering they were blocking about 4 parking spaces with their game, making excessive noise and the risk of breaking a window directly inline with the basket or denting a car with the basketball. The manager was very much aware the game was taking place because I saw him go to a woman's room right next to where the game was being played to help her with something. I didn't complain, let them have their fun. So much for being considerate...the game continued until 9 PM. I went to the ice machine to get ice, the machine didn't work so I went to the office and was told the machine was working that morning which was a lie. After the game ended I pretty much knew what was coming next and if I had not been settled in for the night I would have left then. The people in the room above me and the room next to me were running around, talking very loudly, partying till after 1 AM when I was finally able to fall asleep. I had to get up at 4:30 AM. I have been this route before with inconsiderate guests and it does little good to complain, the solution is to not stay another night. I got on the phone and found 3 or 4 other hotels in the area, two of which had a lower rate. I told myself that when I got to my room for my second night if that same group was still there I was moving to another hotel. I returned to the hotel just after 9 PM and the group was still there and still making noise. I packed up my car and went to the office to check out. I told the manager why and she said I would be charged for a second night and I said no I won't be. I said I just got here and there is still too much noise to get a good nights sleep. You do what you need to do but if you try and charge me for a second night I will just dispute the charges. I was in the hotel business long enough to know how that works. I wish I had taken some pictures and video. Find somewhere else to stay. The management does not manage, they only check you in and then you are on your own.

WE HAD ONLINE RESERVATIONS FOR THE DAYS INN, BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED, WE WERE PUT UP IN THEIR CHEAPER MOTEL NEXT DOOR. WE FOUND THE ROOM TO BE OUTDATED WITH A SMALL TV. WE FEEL LIKE WE WERE CHEATED. BY PAYING FOR OUR ROOM IN ADVANCE WE WERE GIVEN A MUCH CHEAPER ROOM. WE DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WE PAID AND SHOULD NOT HAVE LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THAT, BUT WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Service is good and warm. Room is comfortable. 20 min away (by shuttle bus) from San Francisco International Airport. 10mb Internet with free printer service. Microwave, coffee machine, free food, coffee, and cookie in room. A 24-hour restaurant just nearby. Only $69/night. The only drawback I found was that the shower nozzle in my room was somehow out of order, and therefore I could not take a shower.
