We stayed there for 1 night, payed for ocean view room, but one of other reviews is true-view is obstructed by other hotel and windows are dirty. Though i have seen worse sheets on beds than in this hotel, and here they were clean at least and furniture was Ok , not disgusting to touch, but walls in the bathroom had a lot of hairs.Yak. Though for 125$ expected to see something better. I don't think will stay there again. The choice for breakfast was limited, there is no coffee maker inh the room. So, not worth the money
We pulled into Pacifica about Midnight, calling all motels in area (from our gps) to find somewhere that accepted pets. Pacifica Motor Inn said they did, no problem. We checked in, discussed the pets, they saw them, and no issues. As we were only there from 12:30am thru 8:00am the next morning, and the dogs slept on their own dog beds, there were no issues of any kind. When we returned home, we discovered they had charged us 3 times, over the single bill we had signed. When calling to inquire about the charges, the manager was verbally abusive, and completely fabricated a story that we had snuck the dogs in, and how he had to pay someone to come in and replace the carpets. After we asked to see the bill for repairs, he changed the story to say he had it cleaned by the maid...
As reported above, the rooms are already dirty, but as we only slept in the room for about 7 hours, it didn't bother us at the time. But now that he's trying to take advantage of us, it's insulting.
The Couple that manage this Inn were just great, very friendly. The room was great, and I will ask for the same room on my next stay. I recomend to my family members and co-workers. a great value. I am from Reno NV,and will stay here every time.
Unfortunatley we looked at the website and believed that the rooms would be similar to the photos we found. After paying for our room and going to move our things in, we found that it was very dirty, musty, and the view of the ocean was obstructed by extremely filthy windows. Upon returning to the office 10 minutes later we learned that despite the lack of any "non-refundable" signage, we would not be refunded the $94 dollars that we payed for the dirty, smelly room. We checked out immediately and the man who "helped" us at the counter was curtious however, we have since left 5 messages for the elusive Owner who doesn't seem to care about his customer's satisfaction at all and has not called us back. Be warned.
