Dishonest attempt to overcharge,rude language
We pulled into Pacifica about Midnight, calling all motels in area (from our gps) to find somewhere that accepted pets. Pacifica Motor Inn said they did, no problem. We checked in, discussed the pets, they saw them, and no issues. As we were only there from 12:30am thru 8:00am the next morning, and the dogs slept on their own dog beds, there were no issues of any kind. When we returned home, we discovered they had charged us 3 times, over the single bill we had signed. When calling to inquire about the charges, the manager was verbally abusive, and completely fabricated a story that we had snuck the dogs in, and how he had to pay someone to come in and replace the carpets. After we asked to see the bill for repairs, he changed the story to say he had it cleaned by the maid...
As reported above, the rooms are already dirty, but as we only slept in the room for about 7 hours, it didn't bother us at the time. But now that he's trying to take advantage of us, it's insulting.
