Horrible Customer Service
Unfortunatley we looked at the website and believed that the rooms would be similar to the photos we found. After paying for our room and going to move our things in, we found that it was very dirty, musty, and the view of the ocean was obstructed by extremely filthy windows. Upon returning to the office 10 minutes later we learned that despite the lack of any "non-refundable" signage, we would not be refunded the $94 dollars that we payed for the dirty, smelly room. We checked out immediately and the man who "helped" us at the counter was curtious however, we have since left 5 messages for the elusive Owner who doesn't seem to care about his customer's satisfaction at all and has not called us back. Be warned.
