More than we expected.

In a town as small as Orland, we hadn't expected much. The rooms were clean, service was great. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was happy to help. They even have someone in the office at all times of the day. We would definitely return!

No iron/ironing board in the room television did not work properly staff was rude and not helpful when someone blocked my car in with their car did not receive the room I had reserved I would not stay here again

Clean and quiet.

The rooms are large and clean. The king beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on, in a motel. They allow pets and have a nice pool.

The maid service was great...but there is no coffee, irons in the room. Room was non smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke...
