Never AGAIN! WORST!

After checking into two rooms, after about an hour we decided we weren't satisfied with our room. We asked the front desk for a refund, and the lady told us we would if we called on monday to speak with a manager. The manager refused to refund me, I took it to corp. and they did nothing about it. This hotel is horrible, and pretty much stold over $200 from me for staying for an hour. No manager on the weekends, rooms aren't even good, and there was a gentlemen screaming the hour we were there and nothing was done about it. The manager is rude and hung up on me when I tried to speak with him. They obviously don't understand english there because they front desk lady didn't understand me and now I am paying for it. Never again will I or anyone I know stay at a Best Western. They are the worst hotel I have ever been or dealt with! And to top it off it seems that they just made an extra $200 some to put towards their pay. And a room that stayed empty for the whole night.
