Bed Bugs
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/02/09
Pros -You get what u pay for(Cheap). Close to Airport, Denny's, nice staff (the old lady), has fridge/microwave and has free shuttle bus. Cons - Bed bugs, flicking and scratching all night. Didn't get a good night sleep at all. My husband and daughter slept like angels. The following night husband noticed 3 lumps which continued to grow. One on his neck, inner thigh and scrotum. Not sure if bugs were from a previous guest with pets or what. They weren't visible to the eye but definitely are still leaving noticeable evidence of their presence.

Great value and really close to Seatac
By Gary, 07/09/09
Booked via the internet as i needed a cheap motel after a flight into seatac. Very friendly helpful staff assisted admirably when i turned up with just my carry-on! (luggage lost!!) they pointed my in the right direction for everything i needed that the could not provide directly. They even suggested a great place to eat too. Clean. Reasonably priced. Comfortable and friendly. I would stay again without thinking twice

Dirty, Dingy Motel
By 88, 06/11/07
I was looking for a clean budget motel near Seatac since I was coming in on the late flight. This motel has not been kept up since its former days as the Shadow Motel. The halls were smelly and dirty, although there was some renovations since the front desk was made of new plywood. When I entered the room I noticed an empty Sprite can on the nightstand. The sink was dirty and the refrigerator smelled. My husband commented that someone must have left a steak in it. There was free internet. The breakfast consisted of a loaf of wheat bread, bagels and muffins. I didn't care about that, I only wanted a clean place to spend the night.

Close to airport and reasonably priced
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/01/07
I needed a place to stay to catch an early flight and a place to park my car. My room was clean and quite. I paid about $100 with taxes for a room and seven days of parking. It seemed like a reasonable deal. It isn't an especially nice hotel, but it was perfect for what I needed. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle pick up. I realized on the way back to the motel from the airport that it is within easy walking distance of the airport; probably less than 10 minutes.

condition of room
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/28/07
This motel is falsely rated as a 5 star. My visit to the Rodeway Inn at 176th St. Seattle Washington was very disappointing. The mattress was very worn and sagging, I noticed the under part was falling out. The pillow cases were not changed on a daily basis and the sheets had rips in them. I also asked for laundry detergent and softner and was told that they did not have any. This is NOT what I expected from a (5) star motel. I would not recommend this motel to anyone nor would I ever stay there ever again.

It's clean and neat. It's convenient. It has breakfest and Free internet connection. It's better then some of the big hotel. I like it enough I will come back.

Perfect for Our Needs
By Marcy, 06/07/05
Our first trip to Seattle and we were on a very, very tight budget. Rodeway Inn met our needs perfectly. While there was no frills or thrills, this was a very decent place to stay for the amount of money we were paying. The people working there made the difference. They were very nice and helpful with advice on where to go for dinner and driving directions. The shuttle drivers were also really helpful. Another great thing about this hotel was the location. It's near a variety of restaurants and convenience stores, most withing walking distance.

No Frills, cheap and clean
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/27/04
Good if you're looking for a cheap, clean place to sleep for the night. Don't bring anyone here that you're otherwise looking to impress.
