when i stayed there i left something in the room, when i called to tell the manager he said he would ask the maid if she found, called back later and she did not find. very dishonest of them when you know you left it there. unclean rooms too

best prices, on site manager is a good gentleman and he has solved all my problems efficiently and timely. Prices are great for having to live off the economy and best I found in the Wenatchee area..... Nice feature is the Wenatchee link bus system stops out front and many close by amenities. Recommend it highly . Steven

this is a old hotel but the hotel is very very clean.i really like the way the rooms are clean this rooms are very nice .if you go to the bath room the bathtub is very shinny and the toilet very clean not like other hotels you go to that the bathtub is dirty it just looks like if they just cleaned it with a cloth.and when they do service when you stay they do it as if it was a check out they clean every thing.i really recommend it to any one .and the girls that work there are very nice and i like the work that they do and its under new owners so what ever you read from 2007 and down its not true any more . i will keep on going there

all of those comments are old.the motel is under new owner and the rooms are very clean and cheap rooms campare to other motels expensive and not that well clean.and this motel it is old but its very clean and cheap i know u will pay the price. and the house keepers are very polite and nice i recommend this motel.....

I loved the super location ! Great food choices across the street,river trail within a block,clean outdoor pool for morning laps and above all the hospitality of the management team !!

The reviews previous to this do not do this justice! Yes, it is an older hotel and certainly can't compete with the Red Lion. They are friendly, flexible and convenient. We stayed with a baseball group and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is the "WORST" Motel I have ever stayed at! Our toilet rocked side to side, no toilet paper holder, lamps didn't work, mold in the shower. The room smelled very bad. I could list many many many more things, but on a scale of 1-10 this place is a -1. IT is "TERRIBLE" Trust me..........stay somewhere else!

Our rooms, reserved more than 1 month in advance, were not ready at 5:30 PM so we went to dinner. When we returned at 8:30 PM 2 of our rooms STILL werent ready. Rate varied for our block of 10 rooms despite preset quote. Non smoking requests were not honored & the staff was totally unhelpful. 2 rooms had no towels & were unable to get any as the girl said they ran out. Until this place gets under better management & staffing improves, do not go here. it has potential but nobody seemed to be able to get it ready & turned around. Seemed to be alot of staff just sitting around while 2 tried to clean all the rooms alone. One room had no lights & a lamp was found & brought into it. At some point a man came speeding in, made the maid cry, then left without fixing or helping anything. At no time was a rate reduction suggested for the late entry, lack of towels etc. A complete mess of a place.

I have been staying at the Holiday Lodge off and on for several years now. My last stay was on 08/10/06 and I have to say that this lodge has improved in every area. The lodge is under new management and the employees are the greatest.

I cannot of think of anything positive to say about this joint. Bear with me and read this all the way through to get a complete picture of what to expect. We got to town late (nearly midnight) and hubby pulled into the first place that had a vacancy. They advertise $40-60 a night and charged us $96 for a filthy room that was in total disrepair. The property sits right between 2 busy streets and there is no sound insulation at all. The A/C was not working properly and someone had pulled the cover off and stuffed 5 bars of soap in it. That was either to stifle the stench of the room or try to quiet the clunks and squals of the machine. When I turned the bed down - TRASH, yes TRASH, a melted plastic cup lid was inside the bed between the sheets. No way was I going to get between those. We had been traveling all day in the heat and smoke from a forest fire and decided to just tough it out until morning. We slept on top of the bed in our clothes. The next morning as we turned in the key the manager said "I hope you had a pleasant stay." I advised her I had not and that it certainly rivaled the worst stay of my life. She followed me to the car shouting I will refund your money. I was too tired and disgruntled to care at that point and kept walking. She went to the other side of the car and asked my husband what was wrong. He told her and she blamed housekeeping and provided him with a credit card receipt giving us a full refund. Guess what, today we got our credit card statement and they rebilled the room. We had 2 charges and 1 credit. Called today and was told the old manager was gone and that the OWNER allows NO REFUNDS. DO NOT STAY THERE - YOU WILL BE SORRY.
