Quality Inn Tigard, Tigard

We came acrossed this hotel by accident coming into the portland area and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was recently renovated. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful. We will definately stay here again.

i just spent 2 weeks here and loved it. the staff was friendly helpful and courteous. the entire hotel was recently renovated with new carpets, bathrooms,serta mattresses, dannish furniture, tv,,microwave and refrigerator. it has a nice pool, sauna and exercise room. it is located in a quiet,safe, secure area just off i5 freeway. the view of the pool and forrest outside was calming and peaceful. there are many good restaurants within a 2 minute walk and costco, winco foods, loewes, target, washington square mall, beaverton town square, cedar hills mall, etc. just minutes away. downtown portland is 10 minutes away. there was lots of free parking. the only possible negative was that the hotel was hard to find.it was off a side street-68th ave. with only l small sign. actually that may be a positive because once this hotel gets widespread recognition, it will be mobbed. the rates were surprising low so the value was really great.

After using a coupon from a travel magazine, the manager rewrote the rules after checkout. Children were now $10 extra and you could not apply the stay to the frequent flier program. The complimentary Continental breakfast was a joke consisting of bite size stale banana muffins and no juice. The coupon ended up costing us $5 over rack rate.
