Canyon Ranch Motel, Springdale

I don't understand the people who had negative experiences. Management was friendly when we were there, and even offered to leave a room open for us if we had to arrive late. I didn't really need any services, so I can't speak to those. However, the rooms are clean and pleasant. No stale odors like a lot of motels. It's a great location, great price, and I can't wait to get back!

I love everything about canyon ranch motel. managers, the rooms, the view and so on. You should go there once in a lifetime! You will love it there!

Our visit was ruined by the unbelievably nosy, unprofessional, and downright nasty managers. They act as though they're doing you a huge favor by allowing you to patronize their motel. They made it their business to know our every coming and going - and were quick to tell anyone who asked. Visitors are not allowed under any circumstances (and they watch the entry driveway like hawks, so don't think you'll get away with it - my mother, who was staying at a nearby hotel, was stopped and told to leave the property because she was not a paying guest). The location is great, but unfortunately, any redeeming qualities this motel might have are eclipsed by some of the most unpleasant people I've ever encountered. Do not stay here.

Extreme dislike of management. We are seasoned travelers and stayed at the Canyon Ranch with two teenage sons. The rest of our party stayed across the street. From the moment of arrival, we were harrassed and insulted. We arrived too late. Our party from across the street (3 souls) were told to leave the grassy area unless they were paying guests. The toilet feed pipe broke and we were called to the principal's office. We are not rowdy nor loud and have thoroughly enjoyed every other place we have stayed. Do not stay here.
