Pioneer Hotel & Casino, Laughlin

had lots of fun not a big winner but did get to play for a bit with a small amount of money. BUT LOOK OUT AT HARRAHS THEY TOOK MY 27000COMP PONITS BECAUSE I WAS THREE DAY PAST SOME TIME LIMIT. I WOULD THINK IF THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE YOUR COMP POINTS THEY WOULD AT LEAST SEND A LETTER TO YOU. SO AFTER 15 ODD YEARS OF HELPING PAY THEIR ELECTRIC BILL IM DONE WILL NEVER GO BACK. THE PEOPLE AT THE REWARDS CLUB STINK, AND THE FOOD IS JUST PASSABLE.

We always have a great time and usually walk away a winner with the machines. The employees are friendly and helpful. You can walk in and feel relaxed. The food portions are great too. The casino is located within walking distances of other casinos and the Laughlin Mall.

Ladies, you better watch out!!!! Went there to have a good time with my husband and one of the waitresses there started flirting with my husband then come to find out she ended up sleeping with him during our trip there. No wonder he kept wanting to go back to Laughlin throughout the year. Be careful with the staff, especially the one name Rebecca Garcia. She is one of the waitress/bartender there at the Pioneer.

We have never stayed at the Pioneer but we always gamble here and get at least one meal in the Boarding House resturant. This is about the only resturant where you can chose buffet of menue. This is amust stop for us on each visit to Laughlin.

One of the few places with 9 - 6 video poker machines. Can actually use and receive coins. Wife lost purse, but a bar tender turned it in to security! No car cover, but can see vehicle from room.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the "cage" in the casino. Teller couldn't even work the computer to sign on. 2 employees had to help her. Took 20 minutes to get ATM money. I told them to cancel it, supervisor came over and told me I was stupid and didn't know how to use the ATM. Then he swore at me and said he couldn't cancel the thing. He said I had put it in as a credit card....not true. The card I used was only an ATM card. Finally he cancelled the transaction but wouldn't give me a copy of it being cancelled. Checked this morning on my "ATM" card, transaction was run twice. Both times were cancelled, but what the heck is going on. Shouldn't take 20 minutes to get money. And I shouldn't have to put up with this idiot telling me I'm stupid and swearing at me. Outstanding customer service. That will bring more people to Laughlin.

We stayed at the river palms, they had dirty rooms and noisy neighbors. Machines sucked up the money in no time. Stopped at The pioneer on the way out of town. Won all the money we lost back within a couple of hours . Everyone was so friendly, it is the only place I will go from now on. Loved it

your rooms are very outdated and smells like old people from the 1920's

when i when to get a membership the customer service desk were very friendly.and i even got five dollars, to become a member, next time i am in town i will go and play at pioneer casino.
